Our engine reads your STEP, STL or OBJ assembly, recognizes every extrusion, joint and panel, and prices cut-to-length profiles, machining, hardware and robotic assembly. No drawings or RFQ email, and no waiting on a sales engineer.

From a CAD file to a priced bill of materials
The quoting engine builds a quote the way an applications engineer would, just faster and the same way every time.
-
01
Parse
Reads B-rep solids and the full assembly tree from STEP (instances, transforms, units), or segments STL/OBJ meshes into separate bodies.
-
02
Recognize
Finds each solid's extrusion axis and cross-section, then fuzzy-matches against the profile catalog using envelope, section area and unit system. It flags anything it isn't sure about.
-
03
Plan
Detects joints, miters, feet and free ends. It infers brackets and fasteners (or counts the ones you modeled) and nests every cut onto stock bars.
-
04
Price
Prices material, cuts, machining, hardware and robotic assembly. Change quantity, finish or joining method and the quote updates instantly.

How each unique solid was measured and matched. Confidence combines how well the cross-section envelope, section area and unit system fit the catalog.

First-fit-decreasing nest of every piece onto stock bars (3.2 mm kerf), for the full order quantity.
Quote from your own tools
Put instant frame pricing in your configurator, PLM workflow or CAD add-in. One multipart POST returns the analysis and an itemized quote; re-price with new options without re-uploading.

Profiles the engine recognizes
Metric and fractional series, cut to length from stock bars. Anything outside the catalog gets routed to an engineer for review; it is never silently mispriced.
Built by standardized robotic cells
Every order runs through the same modular saw, machining and assembly cells, so we can compute prices instead of estimating them, and capacity scales by adding cells.
